Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
This page explains how paid Fantasy Goblin subscriptions work, when renewals happen, how to cancel, and when refunds may be available.
How Subscription Billing Works
- Subscription pricing and plan details are shown before checkout.
- Unless checkout says otherwise, paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
- Renewal timing, plan status, and billing controls are shown in your account billing area when available.
- Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor.
How to Cancel
You can cancel from your billing settings or by contacting support if self-service billing tools are unavailable. If you cancel, your subscription should remain active until the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or plan description says otherwise.
Canceling stops future renewals. It does not normally reverse charges that have already been processed.
When We May Refund
- Duplicate charge: you were billed more than once for the same subscription period.
- Unauthorized charge: the payment was not authorized by you.
- Service failure: payment succeeded but the paid feature did not activate and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time.
- Wrong amount: you were charged more than the clearly disclosed price.
What Usually Is Not Refundable
- Change of mind after a subscription has renewed correctly.
- Not using the service during an active paid period.
- Disagreement with rankings, values, suggestions, or tool results when the product is functioning as designed.
- Partial-period or prorated requests unless we say otherwise.
How to Ask for Help
Please contact us through the Contact page and include:
- the email on the account,
- the approximate charge date,
- the issue you are seeing, and
- any receipt, renewal email, or billing reference you have.
Please Contact Us First
